Marcus Brody: Indiana Jones’ friend and mentor is off to Italy to procure Roman artifacts for the Museum of Natural History. Will Indy heed his advice and warnings over the presence of Hope Leka aboard their ocean liner? His suspicions might be the only thing separating Indy from life or death.

Llambros Leka: The elderly scholar is a broken man holding onto one final dream: finding the Tomb of Alexander the Great and the Lost Crowns of Illyria. Can Indiana Jones accomplish such feats using Leka’s long lost research journal?

Zana Leka: For thirteen years she has been wrongfully imprisoned due to an unresolved feud between Indiana Jones and an Albanian feudal lord. Will Indy’s actions gain her freedom, or is vengeance on her mind as well?

Ramiz: His past loyalty to Indiana Jones led him to prosperity, but the rogue archeologist’s return to Albania will surely jeopardize both life and limb. Will he again serve Indy’s interests, or the forces of evil instead?

Luciana Perugia: Like a black widow she waits in her native Ravenna, Italy, for Indiana Jones to fall into her web. Will this demented Contessa, with the help of her brutal Fascist henchmen, finally put Indy in his grave?

Autumn, 1934:  As the troubled world inches ever closer to the abyss, American archaeologist INDIANA JONES embarks on an adventure fraught with peril. In the company of a beautiful and mysterious woman of his past, Indy travels from New York City to Italy, Albania, and Bulgaria seeking a fabled artifact, one of the Lost Crowns of Illyria.  But the relic is also coveted by Fascist henchmen, Nazi occultists, and fierce Balkan warriors. Indy’s goal is to use the Crown to barter for the release of a friend unjustly imprisoned. His ruthless adversaries hope to use its great powers to rule the world! Can Indy survive the forces of treachery and evil bent on his extinction? And can any mortal, who dares to awaken the Crown’s latent powers, survive the deadly wraith of the abomination of nature that claims the lost talisman as a possession of its own?
